Before initiating any business transactions, registration, and account verification are necessary. Verification is a common procedure that requires confirmation that the personal data you've provided is yours and not belonging to a third party. This procedure is compulsory as per international law. The subsequent step involves going through the bank's payer identification process, which is crucial for any payments. The company pledges not to misuse your personal data and guarantees solid protection against any information leaks.

 

What documents are required for account verification?

 

• A photograph or scanned color copy of an identification document. We require copies of certain passport pages: the page with your photo and basic details, and the page with your residency permit. If you reside at an address different from your registered one, our legal team may ask for a photo or scanned copy of a bank statement or utility bill that clearly indicates your full name and residential address.
• A photograph of your chosen bank card, which will be used for conducting financial transactions on the company's website. The card should visibly display the first and last four digits of the card number, the expiry date, and the cardholder's name.
• If you decide to conduct transactions via electronic payment systems, screenshots displaying the entire transaction number, along with a copy of the receipt showing the funds transfer to your personal trading account, are required.

 

Ensure all the scans and photographs you provide are of good quality and legible. If our staff is unable to identify information from your documents, your account verification could be declined. Depending on the circumstances, our legal team may request additional documents like the first page of your international passport or a notarized copy of your primary passport.

 

The standard verification process typically takes 5 to 7 calendar days. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive a notification via your registered email address.
